Wolves vs Burnley match preview
Burnley find themselves 6 points clear of 18th placed Fulham with a game in hand, a win here would go a long way towards ending concerns of an end of season surprise. Wolves have had a pretty poor season, and even though they have now won their last 2 league games, they beat Fulham and Sheffield United both by 1-0 score lines, so they haven’t exactly caught fire.
Both teams have scored in all of the last 5 Burnley league games. Burnley have conceded in 11 of their last 13 league games and they conceded an average of 1.53 goals per game in those last 13 games. Wolves have scored in 7 of their last 9 league games though they only scored an average of 1 goal per game in those last 9 league games.
Neither side has massively impressive season goal stats with Burnley scoring and average of 0.81 goals per game and Wolves scoring an average of 1 goal per game. It’s not a game that appeals as the type of game to produce lots of goals.
Wolves only average 3.16 corners per game in their last 6 league games and Burnley have taken 2 corners or less in 5 of their last 14 league games. All of the last 5 Wolves league games ended with 8 corners or less. The season stats suggest corners is not a bad bet but the recent form is a worry and we wouldn’t trust either of these sides to cover a bet on their own if the other had a low corner day.
Wolves have only been given an average of 0.71 yellow cards per game in their last 7 league games and Burnley have been given no cards in 3 of their last 6 league games. So on current form it’s not a game that is right for any booking point bets.
It’s a slightly difficult game to weigh up but the stats really don’t give us a strong angle anywhere on this game. It would be no surprise to see a good game with enough action to cover a few bets but also it would be no surprise if it finished a pretty boring 0-0 draw. We don’t have any bet on this game as we feel there are no stats that are strong enough to get involved in.

Leeds vs Man united match preview
Leeds are now unbeaten in their last 5 league games which is impressive considering they have played Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool in those 5 games. Man United’s only defeats in their last 26 league games came against Sheffield United and they are now unbeaten in 12 having won their last 5 league games.
Ma United have scored an average of 2.20 goals per game in their last 5 league games and Leeds have scored an average of 1.75 goals per game in their last 4 league games. Goals look a good bet as Man United do well against teams that will attack them and leave space in behind for counter attacks. We should have a very open game with both teams going for the win. Over 1.5 goals is a very good bet with it also likely that both teams will score. We also feel there is a good chance that Man United will win with both teams scoring.
Leeds average 6.57 corners per game in their last 7 league games and Man audited average 5.64 corners per game in their last 14 league games. So corners look a good bet with it highly likely both teams take at least 3 and the game has a good chance of reaching double figures. Another bet that would have a good chance is a goal in each half and 3/4 corners in each half as Man United are known for slow starts so we feel Leeds will look to take advantage of this and will look to get at Man United straight away.
Man United vs Leeds is a game that on paper looks great for booking points, and if there were fans it would really help, but the card stats for both teams are strong.
Leeds average 1.70 yellow cards per game in their last 10 league games and Man United average 3 yellow cards per game in their last 5 league games. The season stats on cards are also strong with both teams picking up at least 1 card in 87.50% of their league games. Leeds average 1.56 yellow cards per game this season and Man United average 1.75 yellow cards per game. Its highly likely both teams pick up at least 1 card with the game having 30+ match booking points. At bigger odds 20+ booking points each team would have a chance with the game likely to become very stretched at times.
The best bets in this game are
Over 1.5 goals
Both teams to score
Man United to win and both teams to score
3+ corner each team
10+ match corners
A goal in each half and 3+ corners in each half
10+ booking points each team
30+ match booking points
20+ booking points each team

Aston Villa vs West Brom match preview
West Brom suffered a crushing defeat last time after they built up momentum with back to back wins, they have always looked to have their work cut out and even with a win in this game they will still have a lot to do, but they have to win to put some pressure on teams above them to keep picking up points. Villa lost to champions elect Man City last time out in an adventure game and have now lost 3 of their last 4 league games.
Villa have failed to score in 3 of their last 7 league games and have struggled with Jack Grealish as they average just 0.85 goals per game I their last 7 league games. West Brom have failed to score in 4 of their last 6 league games and then they scored 8 league goals in the other 2 games where they did score. Shoals is a very unpredictable market here but it’s not a market that would want to be betting on.
West Brom average just 3.40 corners per game I their last 21 league games and Villa only average 2.40 corners per game in their last 5 league games. On current form neither side is pulling up any tree’s with their corner count. Villa have been given at least 1 card in 11 of their last 12 league games and they average 1.91 yellow cards per game in those games. West Brom have been given no cards in 4 of their last 8 league games and they average just 0.87 yellow cards per game in those games.
There are no real stand out stats that point to a clear and obvious bet. If West Brom turn up and go for it then it could open the game up and make things interesting, but the stats in recent games are too weak for us to back anything with confidence here.
